Rotosha is the Firm Manager at The Lee Firm. She received her A.A. in Psychology from State College of Florida in Bradenton, Florida. She continued pursuit of her academic goals and received a B.S. in Human Resources Management (Suma Cum Laude) and an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Strayer University (Cum Laude). Rotosha enjoys interacting with our clients and assisting them in addressing their legal concerns. She has over 20 years of customer service experience in various industries. Having been through the trauma of a car accident herself, she personally understands and relates to how our clients often feel throughout the pre-litigation and litigation process. She endeavors every day to ensure that all of our clients receive the best customer service possible and to reassure them of The Lee Firm’s philosophy that we do not view our clients as just a claim number or case number, but instead as people simply seeking to be made whole again.
Rotosha is responsible for daily management of The Lee Firm’s operations. She is also responsible for all communications between The Lee Firm and third parties. She maintains regular contact with our clients, medical providers, insurance companies, defense firms, and court personnel.
Rotosha is the mother of two sons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and coaching cheerleaders.
